The chauvinism is all gone in India. Women are also making a great use of the given opportunity. Women are challenging men in business by handling companies worth billion dollars. Indian women entrepreneur numbers are increasing day by day. Here are some gratified women who have proved their courage and brilliance will bring great changes in business. Here are the youngest and dynamic women CEOs in India listed who are actually too young to carry businesses but have great caliber and brilliance  


Lakshmi Venu:


The daughter of TVS chief Venu Srinivasan, 29 is director of Sundaram Clayton, a subsidiary of TVS motors. She graduated from Yale University and embraces a doctorate in engineering and management from the University of Warwick. She works in the areas like business strategy, corporate affairs, product designs and sales and marketing. Lakshmi has got in depth training from Sudaram Clayton and will be in charge of strategy for 5 years. She was a top ranker in her school and college.


Natashaa and Shweta Shroff:  


Amarchand & Mangaldas, India’s largest and most influential firm’s CEO Natashaa and Shweta Shroff are also in the list of youngest women CEOs.  Natashaa the younger sibling was first to join the prominent law firm. She was very fond of this profession from her childhood and now she is playing a major role in the decision making at the critical levels and Shweta one of the CEO is focused on her legal career.



Devita Saraf:


Devita is the CEO of Vu technologies and Execute Director at zenith computers. The entrepreneur is challenge driven and likes starting new ventures. She believes that having an opportunity is of no use when it is not implemented by an individual. She graduated from HR College and did her BBM from university of southern California. The lady from business family feels it is a great opportunity for her to build a world class brand of her own. She perceived training from the age of 16 under her father at zenith computers and became the director of the company at 21. In the year 2006 she launched Vu technologies, India’s leading supplier of LCD and LED TVs. Same year zee TV honored her youngest achiever award. India Today named her in top 25 of most powerful women in India.


Jayanti Chauhan:


Jayanti Chauhan is the CEO of Bisleri. She is the only child of Parle Bisleri owner Ramesh Chauhan. Jayanti has studied fashion styling; make up, photography and merchandising but is away from all those and is making efforts to make Bisleri an international brand.








Ashni Biyani:


25 year old Ashni Biyani is the director of future ideas a subsidiary of 2 billion worth future group. She joined the venture in age of 22. Retail was in her blood; she is the one conveyed ideas such as big bazaar, a community shopping store spread all over India, where goods are available at very reasonable price. She considers that women comprise of more than half of the Indian populace and their exposure to top businesses will bring ample success. She graduated from HR College in Mumbai and did a course in textile designing and design management from Stanford and Parson’s School of Design.


Roshni Nadar:


CEO and Executive Director of HCL Group, Roshini, is the only child of HCL founder Shiv Nadar. HCL is a worth $5 billion She graduated from Northwestern University specialization in radio, television and film and also perceived her post graduation in MBD from the Kellogg graduate school of management. The philanthropist was a trustee of the Shiv Nadar foundation that runs the non-profit Sri Siva Subramaniya Nadar College of engineering in Chennai and was also engaged with Rajiv Gandhi foundation for encouraging the dalits and Muslims’ girl child education in the UP state. She played a major role in leveling the VidyaGyan schools, a PPP program of the UP govt. she loves travelling, yoga and is a trained classical musician.
