Shapoor and Cyrus Mistry:  


A common thing between Pallonji Mistry and his sons, Shapoor and Cyrus are known for keeping themselves out of media publicity. Shapoor is a typical risk taker and Cyrus is particularly more systematic and conscious. The two major businesses, the real estate and infrastructure have been divided among two brothers. The diversified group activities have been under the leadership of Shapoor and Cyrus. But Cyrus is the man who is in flying colors as he is picked to succeed Ratan Tata. It’s the decision of Pallonji and Ratan Tata who chose Cyrus for the nomination.




Nandhini Piramal:


The Executive Director of Piramal Healthcare, Nandhini started her career in the company as a general manager of strategic marketing in the year 2006. The lady from Harvard also served Mckinsey as a business analyst. Her father, Ajay Piramal was in news frequently for purchasing small multinational pharmaceuticals one after another. Recently, he was in news for selling his business in a 17,000 crore deal drafted by Ajay and Nandhini together. She got into the operations of the company branched in Canada and London in the year 2006. Nandini will soon acquire a company from her brother Anand and will be facing tough times. In 20 years, Ajay developed the company to be worth more than 3 billion which was started just with an amount of $20 million. For Nandini it is not at all going to be easy.

The new strategy boss of Wipro, Rishad Premji is facing tough times in the company. The task of figuring out what is there in his dad’s mind (Azim Premji) and unifying it with the other two joint CEOs he informs will be a major challenge for him. Rishad must come out with new ideas in business to improve the revenue of Wipro and to survive against their competitors without giving up the margins. His present performance will decide his future in Wipro as a successor of Azim Premji after his retirement. The present role of Rishad will give him a whole idea of company’s nature of work, administration and regulation and the total idea about the IT business. Wipro makes 90 percent of the profits and make the company worth $17 billion. Rishad is a very down to earth person and has a firmness of an MNC executive. He maintains a very low profile and loves to spend time with his family.





Tanya Dubash:

professional, Tanya Dubash knows to create a perfect brand name. Economic and Political Science graduate from Brown University has brought remarkable qualities in her. She can grab the attention of people, and is a good observer and listener. She makes final decisions only after consulting with people about the views and opinions in their mind. She worked with Godrej to improve their brand name and also led a couple of new business projects like real Good Chicken and Nature’s Basket. the Vice chairman of GVK group is a sturdy boy of the company. The son of G.V. Krishna Reddy is focused now on finding new areas for the group to develop in the coming decades. The company has yearned projects involving SEZ ports, logistics and oil exploration under Sanjay Reddy. Sanjay is making efforts to expand the group business. He is confident that GVK group will be a family owned business even after 25 years. He is now mentoring the 26-year-old nephew Krishna Bhupal who has entered the family business.
