1. Samsung Galaxy Heaven

Samsung Galaxy Heaven powered by Android phone has everything, it?s slim, flexible screen, projector and a camera.

The key technology of the device is, the ?Galaxy Skin? that transforms the entire body of the handset by sending an electronic signal. As far as specs go, the display is a 4 inch WVGA one of the flexible kind and it also comes with a 1GHz CPU, a projector, augmented reality and a customized Android Flexy OS, with 8.0 mega-pixel camera, Bluetooth 3.0, USB, Wi-Fi, 4G and 32GB of memory.

Mobiado, luxury mobile makers, and Aston Martin, maker of luxury cars, worked together to create a mobile phone. The first prototype Android phone has been shown is transparent. Mobiado mobile phone concept called CTP002, is basically a large transparent glass, titanium-sapphire with two edges on the left and right. The screen is a capacitive touchscreen colored glass.


Mobiado and Aston Martin claim to enable the phone with a connection to once car and its display. Users will also be able to view maps with directions to local venues, exchange photos on social networking sites.

This model is nicknamed BoPhone M and it comes with a 1.5GHz dual core CPU, HSPA+ connectivity and a 4.3 inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display with 64 GB of internal memory. 8 megapixel back camera with autofocus and LED flash and 2 megapixel camera upfront.

It also features Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi and USB 2.0. Android 2.3 is the OS.

4. HTC Aurora

HTC Aurora tablet is dealing with an Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS, and comes with a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and 720p video capture. There is also a 10.1 inch capacitive touchscreen on board, with multi-touch support, WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0, 4G is also among the supported connectivity types and the internal memory is 64GB.


The designer chose a 2GHz AMD Phenom X7, together with 2GB DDR3 RAM.

The phone has an 8-megapixel camera on the back, a fingerprint scanner, and 4G too.
